In general, work consists of the reroofing of the existing salt storage dome, including removal and replacement of existing asphalt shingles, underlayment, waterproofing, flashing, and associated roofing components as required. Existing exterior cladding shall remain unless deterioration or weathering necessitates replacement. The project also includes construction of a new enclosed structure over the existing conveyor pit utilized for salt handling operations. The enclosure is a wood-framed structure with exterior cladding and an access door designed to protect the conveyor system and pit from weather exposure while maintaining operational access. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract documents, applicable codes, and Nebraska Department of Transportation and Architect standards.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
