This project will consist of a 400 sq ft addition to the existing Tiny Images Day Care
Center. Construction of the addition is slab on grade, utilizing wood frame construction
with an asphalt shingle roof system. All required site, masonry, interior framing, finishing,
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work shall be included under this contract.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $50.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $100.00 payable to arCuretecture.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
