Public Notes:
On behalf of Sunnybrook Community Church, we invite your company to submit your Qualifications & Fee Proposal for projects involving additions and renovations at their location, located at 5601 Sunnybrook Drive, Sioux City, IA. The Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) is expected to become a member of the Owner’s Project Team (OPT) and work closely with the Owner and Architect during the final design and construction document development. At a minimum, the CMaR shall provide the services outlined in the enclosed “AIA Document A133 – 2019 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner & Construction Manager as Constructor – Cost of Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)” agreement. Schematic Design for the projects is nearing completion, and the selected CMaR will begin their review of the current design documents upon engagement by Sunnybrook Church.
