The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services,
labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, and licenses required to construct approximately
1140 LF of unpaved rock road extensions, and an approximately 6000 SY organizational rock
parking lot with fencing and cantilever rolling gates, including grubbing of the road and parking
site, a retainage ditch on the south and north sides of the roads, and drainage culverts as part
of the project. The retainage ditch earthwork should supply most of the site fill.
If selected, there is about 696 LF of 8' chain-link fencing with bob-wire above it.
The mow strip would be about 756 LF of 5" thick concrete.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
