The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to for the complete installation of a new, building-wide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system for the 21,060 square-foot classroom in Building 711 at the Greenlief Training Site in Hastings, Nebraska. The primary goal is to replace the current inefficient and partially failed system, which consists of a mix of residential heat pumps and commercial units. To support this upgrade, the project includes extending the natural gas line to service the entire building, ensuring more reliable heating in the Nebraska climate.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
