The scope of this project is to include all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses, and permits to construct an approximately 2,500 SF new metal ready building at the East Campus RC property in Lincoln, Nebraska. Project to include disconnection and protection of the existing electric and gas utilities to the existing structure, demolition of the existing metal storage building and foundation, clean up of the site, and installation of the new structure. Parking areas and civil site work as noted on the plans to direct storm water shall be included. New metal building scope to include interior batt type insulation and insulated doors, lighting, electrical system, and gas fired heaters.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $60.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
