Notice is hereby given that Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties (CAP) is
accepting bids from qualified invited contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the
construction and installation of the Gathering Place as shown on the drawings, specifications and other Contract
Documents for the Project.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $50.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
