The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, and licenses required to construct a 1450 SF Transient Traing Company Headquarters Building at the Camp Ashland Training Site, Yutan, NE. Project consists of site work and grading, extension of utilities from primary lines in the adjacent contonment area, installation of a TT CO HQ Building, additional security fence, and modifications to minor supporting facilities to the proposed building. Primary facility to be of metal construction, one story, with the following TT CO HQ spaces: admin, latrines with showers, storage, and operations areas.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $80.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
