Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of said District at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC,
3930 S 147th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68144 until 10:00 A.M. on June 29, 2026 for furnishing all labor, tools,
materials and equipment required for the project designated as SID 353 ALTA COLLINA TRAIL AND
SIDEWALK – PHASE 1 for Sanitary and Improvement District 353, OF SARPY County, Nebraska, as per the plans
and specifications for said work, at the locations shown on the detailed drawings and in the specifications now on file
at the office of FOLEYSHALD ENGINEERING, LLC, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened,
read aloud and tabulated.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
