Sealed proposals for furnishing all equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor and skills
necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents
entitled: Kearney County Courthouse – Attic Renovation, Minden, Nebraska, dated June 26,
2026 will be received by Kearney County, Nebraska, at the County Clerk’s office at the
Courthouse, 424 N Colorado Avenue, Minden, Nebraska on June 30, 2026 until 10:00 AM local
time. The Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the adjacent Commissioners'
hearing room.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
