Bid Info:   Proposals must be received by the College no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 7, 2026. Proposals shall be delivered electronically by email. More information on electronic submission can be found in the RFP. Proposals received by the College after the date and time listed above may not be considered. Following the opening of proposals, the proposals will be evaluated, the construction manager at risk candidates ranked in order of preference, and a contract negotiated and approved according to College policy.

Project Location: Lincoln, NE

Public Notes:
A new 127,000 square foot Residence Hall and Dining Facility. The top 3 floors will be approximately 90,000 square feet of Residence Hall space with semi-suite style bedrooms and shared restrooms. The Residence Hall portion of the building will contain 230 beds and supporting spaces. The main level will be a 28,000 square foot Dining Facility that will include seating for around 300 people. The basement will consist of approximately 9,000 square feet of storage, mechanical, and back of house spaces. The building will be type II-B construction and will be steel framed with concrete on metal deck floors and an EPDM membrane roof. A portion of the basement will be a hardened hollow core structure. The entire building will be sprinkled.
