be received by the City of Springfield at the City Office, 170 North 3rd Street, until 10:00 a.m. local
time on June 26, 2026, and publicly open the sealed bids and read aloud.

The Project consists of the construction of two separate park
structures located within the Town of Springfield, Nebraska. One structure will be constructed at
Buffalo Park, located at 271 South 6th Street, Springfield, NE 68059, and the second structure
will be constructed at Urban Park, located at 210 Main Street, Springfield, NE 68059. Both
structures are included under a single construction bid package and shall be considered one
overall project. Each structure is individually identified and detailed within the following drawing
sheets. General notes, specifications, and applicable details shall apply to both structures and the
project unless otherwise noted.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $60.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $130.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
