Dixon County is Requesting Proposals from Construction Managers at Risk for the construction of a new Dixon County Courthouse. The information provided in the Proposal will be used by Dixon County to select the Construction Manager at Risk utilizing criteria issued in the act and defined herein. The Construction Manager at Risk selected by Dixon County will enter into a Construction Management at Risk contract with Dixon County to furnish: a. consultation with BVH Architecture related to construction cost, construction scheduling and phasing and best value practices b. labor, material, supplies, equipment, and construction services for the Project. This process is pursuant to the Nebraska Construction Alternatives Act. Dixon County, Nebraska intends to construct a new county courthouse to replace the existing facility consisting of county offices, court rooms, conference rooms, lobby, public restrooms and support spaces, etc. on a site to be determined.
