Bid Info:   Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Metropolitan Community College (MCC) for construction of a New Metal Building Structure located at the above address before 2:00pm local standard time on the 18th day of May, 2026.

Project Location: Omaha, NE

Public Notes:
A new pre-engineered metal building (51' x 116') for storage with interior dividing wire mesh partitions. The exterior will also include a covered salt storage on east side with large concrete barrier blocks. All required site, building construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work shown in the Contract Documents shall be included under this contract.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $150.00 payable to JEO.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
