Bids shall be submitted prior to Wednesday May 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM and to the attention of John Brennan at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Bids will be opened and read aloud following the time indicated for receipt of bids.

The Millard Public Schools will receive sealed Bids for the Millard North High School Chiller Replacement
project located at 1010 S 144th St Omaha, NE 68154. The project will be awarded as a single combined
contract. Project consists of demolition of the existing modular chiller, cooling tower, air cooled
condensers, pumps piping, select associated demolition and installation of new chiller, air cooled
condensers, pumps, piping, and other associated specialties. The construction contract will include all
associated general, electrical, and temperature control work.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
