at that time and place.

The project is for the construction a detention basin that will store high flows diverted from
Deadmans Run and slowly release water back into the channel. Includes excavation and
hauling of approximately 68,000 CY of earth material, minor fill for embankment, installing a
concrete mattress and stilling basin, pipe installation, geoweb soil stabilization, and site
amenities. This will require access from right of way, sediment and erosion control, handling
of water, and other necessary incidental items.
