The work consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to perform the construction services to build a 4,368-square-foot Transient Training Officer's Quarters (TT OFF QTRS) building at the Mead Training Site in Yutan, Nebraska. The scope includes site fill work and grading, paved vehicle parking lot with access and pedestrian sidewalks leading to and from the facility, connecting all necessary primary utilities to support the building, and constructing the new TT OFF QTRS building itself. The building will be built of wood construction, two stories, a covered vestibule for access, and all standard quarters' amenities, including sleeping areas, latrines, workspaces, laundry facilities, and circulation areas. The facility is architecturally designed to complement the recently constructed transient training enlisted barracks on site. It consists of 10 individual sleeping rooms constructed in a hotel style fashion.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
