The Work called for in these Bid Documents includes the furnishing and installation of the playground equipment, sidewalks and surfacing and for the grading, surfacing and seeding of the playground at Jefferson Elementary School, located at 4065 Vinton St. Omaha, NE 68105. The work includes, but is not limited to, grading, needed demolition and installation of equipment required to provide the complete playground. The Work includes, but is not limited to, needed demolition, grading and site preparation, seeding and installation of sidewalks, playground surfacing, and playground equipment required to provide the complete playground.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
