The work covered by this Statement of Work (SOW) consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials,
travel, licenses and general construction services. The scope of work focuses on the 3,345 square
foot second floor of the 6,690 square foot Transient Training Enlisted Barracks Building at the
Greenlief Training Site in Hastings, Nebraska. It includes remodeling and reconfiguring to create two
(2) open-bay enlisted barracks spaces with centralized latrines and common support spaces,
consistent with the requirements for this building category. Contractor would install two (2) latrines on
the second floor to match existing latrines on the first floor. Finish bay areas to match first floor
including new walls, ceilings, flooring and fixtures, along with all associated HVAC, electrical, and
plumbing modifications required to support the design.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
