Fremont Public Schools, legally known as Dodge County School District 27-0001, is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM) to provide construction management at risk services for a school facilities improvement project that is likely to include to a combination of renovation, remodeling, addition, and/or new construction that may result in but is not necessarily limited to HVAC improvements, interior finish improvements, upgraded lighting, fire alarm and fire protection system upgrades, bathroom remodel, food services improvements, replacement of gym flooring with turf, new paint, improved classrooms, common space improvements, athletic facilities upgrades, supporting facilities and/or related infrastructure and improvements at Fremont Middle School, Bell Field Elementary, and/or Lenihan Gym.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
