Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office (CFMO), Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 3/3/2026 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

The scope of this project is to include all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, permits and licenses required to construct a new access control building and adjust force protection measures and traffic flow at the entrance and inside the parking areas of the 1776 RC and FMS#1 Site in Lincoln, NE. Project to include construction of approximately 96 SF Access Control building with ballistic glass, electrical and communication lines, water supply line, sanitary sewer line, a small HVAC system, and a small two-fixture latrine. Project will also require the installation of new fencing and entrance gates, road network improvements (widening and curbing) necessary for better traffic management and increased security compliance. Part of the project will also require moving the existing access control building and other supporting security features like the existing gate with temporary fencing to another location on the property for the duration of this project.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
