New Agriculture Technology building at 23,918 square feet and is classified as a B – Business
(IBC) occupancy, New Business (LSC); Construction type is IIB, unprotected-noncombustible
(IBC); Type II (000) (LSC). Spaces with the building include but are not limited to: Instructional
Labs, office spaces, conference rooms, break area, agriculture shop, restrooms, and building
support spaces. Building is composed of insulated metal wall panels on steel and girt framing,
aluminum storefront, large all glass sectional doors, EIFS, metal composite material panels on
metal stud framing, slab on grade with mezzanine in shop. Roof is low-slope insulated system on
metal roof joists and roof deck with EPDM roof system and standing seam metal panel on sloped
metal roof joists. Interior walls are primarily metal stud with gypsum wall board finish; some walls
are CMU. Interior storefront door and window systems with some hollow metal doors and frames.
Mechanical systems consist of packaged heating and cooling units, electric reheat VAVs, and
specialty exhaust systems. New electrical service and associated infrastructure, LED lighting, and
telecommunications systems. Life safety systems include fire sprinklers and fire alarm.
