Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the construction of the FY26 Water Main Replacement will be received,, by the City of Valley, Nebraska, at the office of the Engineer, EAGLE ENGINEERING GROUP, until 10:00 am local time on Thursday, January 08, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

Project Location: Valley, NE

Public Notes:
The Project consists of replacing 5,600 feet of water mains with new 6”dia. and 8”dia. DIP water mains, water services, boring and other miscellaneous appurtenances and improvements as shown on the Drawings.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $50.00 payable to Eagle Engineering.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
