Bid Info:   Bids may be submitted in person at the MPS Support Service Center, (13906 F Street) during typical hours of operation of 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., until JANUARY 20, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. local time for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for the project designated as MILLARD PUBLIC SCHOOLS CODY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PARKING LOT REPLACEMENT, and all other work necessary or incidental thereto, as per plans and specifications on file at A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 S. 89TH Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, at which time Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and tabulated.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $50.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
