Bid Info:   Bid Submission Deadline January 16, 2026. Bids are due at 2:00 PM CTat the Teacher Administrative Center, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68131. Hand-delivered bids shall be brought to the Security Desk, East Entrance, Ground Floor. Any bid received after the deadline for submission of bids will not be considered and will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened. The risk of delivery rests solely on the bidder. The time stamp on the District’s time clock in the District Operational Services’ offices will be the official clock utilized to determine the time for the close of the time for submission of bids.

Public Notes:
The Work called for in these Bid Documents includes demolition of two (2) existing chillers, condensing units and piping. Demolition of two (2) existing chilled water pumps, expansion tank and piping. Removal and proper disposal of all demolition scrap and debris. Installation of a new 200 Ton chiller and cooling tower with four (4) associated pumps with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and piping. Installation of two (2) new chilled water pumps with VFDs and installation of an expansion tank with piping. Installation of a new refrigerant evacuation system for new chiller room with ductwork and two (2) exhaust fans. Installation of a new unit heater for new chiller room with piping. Installation of a new support structure for new cooling tower. Installation of electrical power to the mechanical equipment. Installation of new partition with door in existing maintenance space to create a new chiller room. Rework of the existing wet pipe sprinkler system in the new chiller room. Installation of new Acoustic treatment for chiller room. Installation of new exterior door in South wall of new chiller room. Installation of new fence with gate surrounding cooling tower. Planting new landscaping materials around fence to hide mechanical equipment from view

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
