THE SCOPE OF
WORK WILL INCLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF APPROXIMATELY 11,000 SQ FT
FOOTPRINT METAL BUILDING SYSTEM STRUCTURE, INCLUDING MEETING ROOM,
OFFICE, VEHICLE BAYS ,RESTROOMS, MECHANINCAL ROOM, AND SUPPORT
AREAS. SPECIFIC CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE: SITE UTILITIES,
CONCRETE SLABS ON GRADE, CONCRETE FOOTINGS, METAL STUD BEARING WALLS,
LIGHT GAUGE STEEL JOISTS, WOOD TRUSSES AND WOOD DECK, RESILIENT SHHET
FLOORING, GYP BOARD, TILE, ACOUSTICAL CEILINGS, PAINT, METAL BUILDING
SYSTEM, HOLLOW METAL FRAMES AND DOORS, HVAC AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP SPLIT
SYSTEMS, PLUMBING, POWER AND LIGHTING SYSTEMS AS INDICATED IN THE
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $140.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
