Public Notes:
Notice is hereby given that Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) is accepting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services on LPS Bid # 11289 for the construction and installation of the project at Yankee Hill Site constructed near (S Folsom St) West Burnham Street in southwest Lincoln. The site is approximately 25.4 acres. The proposed project is a new 50,500 sq. ft. facility to serve existing and new programs for high school to age 21-yearold students. Facility spaces will include classrooms, core areas, main office and administration area, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, transition entrances, library, innovation labs and support spaces with a student capacity of approximately 150, and as shown on the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents for the Project.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $50.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $100.00 payable to Lincoln Public Schools.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
