PreBid Info:   OPS will conduct a mandatory pre-bid meeting for interested bidders at Conestoga Elementary School, located at 2115 Burdette Street, Omaha, NE 68110, on December 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. All attendees are required to sign-in at that time, and only those who attend the pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit a bid. Proposals received from bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened. Questions may be asked at the pre-bid meeting. However, such questions and the answers given will not be transcribed or transmitted to the other potential bidders.

Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted prior to Thursday, January 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST at the Teacher Administrative Center, 3215 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131. Hand-delivered bids shall be brought to the Security Desk, East Entrance, Ground Floor. Any bid received after the deadline for submission of bids will not be considered and will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened. The risk of delivery rests solely on the bidder. The time stamp on the District’s time clock in the District Operational Services’ offices will be the official clock utilized to determine the time for the close of submission of bids.

Public Notes:
The Work called for in these Bid Documents includes the removal and disposal of existing carpet and floor covering from areas designated in the Project Drawings and Specifications, and the furnishing and installation of new carpet and flooring at Conestoga Elementary School, located at 2115 Burdette Street, Omaha, NE 68110 and related Work as specified in the Project Drawings and Specifications. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of all the existing carpet, tile, and wall base and then the installation of new carpet, tile, and wall base in rooms highlighted in the Project Drawings and Specifications.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
