PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid meeting will be held for this project on Tuesday, December 2nd at 3:30 PM local time. Bidders shall meet at the entrance to the school at 5710 S. 176th Ave, Omaha NE. All bidders are encouraged to attend. No other time is scheduled for inspection of the project area.

Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted prior to Thursday, December 16th, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. and to the attention of Jeremy Madson at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Bids will be opened and read aloud following the time indicated for receipt of bid

Public Notes:
Project consists of removing the existing centralized sound system serving the pool, gymnasiums, black box theater, main theater and commons areas, and replacing with a new distributed sound system in each area.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $80.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
