High School Stadium to familiarize themselves with the site conditions, bidding
requirements, General/Supplementary Conditions of Construction, and to
ensure comprehension of the specifications. Architect will provide responses
to bidders’ questions posed at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum.

Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Bidding Documents. One (1) completed copy of the bid form, signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to Ralston Public
Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 8545 Park Drive, Ralston, NE 68127. Bids must
be submitted in a sealed envelope that shows Bidder’s name, address, and
telephone number on the outside of the envelop. The lower left corner of the
sealed envelope shall be clearly marked “2025–26 School Facilities
Improvement Project.” Bids will be received until 2pm local time on December
4, 2025, at which time they will be opened publicly and simultaneously in the
presence of bidders and/or their representatives. E-mail, facsimile, electronic,
or telephone bids are not allowed. Any bid received after the deadline will not
be opened or considered, and will be returned to bidder.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $100.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $220.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
