Bid Info:   Bids will be accepted before Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. local time, Seward Public School District Office, 410 South Street, Seward, NE 68434, Attn: Adam Dowling. Bids are valid only if received at the place named above, before the designated bid time above. Bids received after said time may be returned unopened. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. The successful Contractor(s) will be notified.

Public Notes:
Seward Public Schools will accept bids for the Seward High School Chiller Replacement, located at 532 Northern Heights Dr, Seward, NE 68434. The project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items required for replacing an existing air-cooled chiller at the Seward High School with a new air-cooled chiller in the same location, in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Alvine Engineering.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $50.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
