The Lewis Central Community School District will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract,
including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Titan Hill Exterior Envelope located
at 4125 Harry Langdon Blvd., Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503. This Project consists of the replacement of all existing exterior hollow metal doors and frames,
all exterior envelope control joints and window sealants, replacing lintels, and other exterior
upgrades as shown on the Drawings.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $60.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
