PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid meeting will be held for this project on Tuesday, December 9th at 3:30 PM local time. Bidders shall meet at the entrance to the school at 12801 L Street, Omaha NE. All bidders are encouraged to attend. No other time is scheduled for inspection of the project area.

Public Notes:
The entire project is within Millard Central Middle School (CMS) campus, 12801 L Street, Omaha NE. The project consists of removal of existing site lighting and new replacement site lighting along the west side of the building.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
