Bid Info:   ***THIS IS NOT A BID DATE*** Owner will receive Statements of Qualifications demonstrating the Proposer’s qualifications and ability to provide CMAR services and construct the Project by email sent to Chris Pedersen at the address cpedersen@snyder-associates.com until November 26, 2025, at 12 pm (noon) local time. After that time, Owner will no longer accept Statements of Qualifications. See Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for details on preparing and submitting the Statement of Qualifications.

Public Notes:
Improvements to the existing Oak Street Pump Station to increase the pump station capacity as needed for increased demands. Improvements include pump improvements, piping modifications, replacement of instrumentation, addition of an emergency generator and transfer switch; replacement of most electrical, controls, and HVAC equipment at the pump station; building tuckpointing, adding doors to the building, and other associated improvements.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $10.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
