PreBid Info:   There will be a Pre-Bid Conference that will meet at the District Office and move to school at 3:30 p.m. local time on Thursday, November 6, 2025 . Attendance of this Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for all Contractors considering bidding the Project as the Prime Contractor. Other subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference.

The Project consists of the construction of approximately 67,810 square feet of HVAC, Lighting, and ceiling renovations.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $65.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $130.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
