Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Administration Building, located at 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close. Bids will be opened in the Teacher Training Conference Center (north of the Administration Building), Room TTCC #3. Bidders may deliver their bids directly to the Teacher Training Conference Center Room TTCC #3, prior to 2:00 PM.

Public Notes:
The Owner, Elkhorn Board of Education, 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022 will receive sealed bids for a combined contract, including the Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Technology Work, for the general construction work for the ceiling and lighting replacement, to include removal of existing ceiling mounted projectors, and installation of new infrastructure for wall mounted display devices at Elkhorn High School, located at 1401 Veterans Drive, Elkhorn, Nebraska, 68022.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $35.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $75.00 payable to Elkhorn Public Schools.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
