existing facilities and drawings. This will be the only opportunity to tour the building prior to the bid date

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 via email, submitted to
Scott Sullivan at ssullivan.architect@gmail.com. Only such bids as have been received by these methods and by
the time and date listed above will be considered. Submitted bids will be privately opened and reviewed by the
Owner. Following the opening of bids, the bids will be evaluated, interviews may be conducted, and the final
contract(s) awarded.

Notice is hereby given that Bell Tower Properties, LLC is accepting bids from qualified invited contractors
to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the construction and installation of the Bell Tower
Apartments Remodel Project as shown on the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents for the
Project.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $90.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
