Bids shall be submitted prior to Tuesday, November 18, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. and to the attention of Mr. Steve
Mainelli at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received
after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the
official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Bids will be opened and read aloud following the
time indicated for receipt of bids.

The Millard Public Schools will receive sealed Bids for the Willa Cather Elementary School ā Secure Vestibule
and Administrative Suite project located at 3030 S. 139th Plaza, Omaha, NE. Project will be awarded as a single
combined contract. Project consists of a 1,783 S.F. Secure Vestibule and Administrative Suite addition, select
interior renovations and associated site work.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $220.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
