Public Notes:
The project involves Existing air handlers and heaters/cooling units will be replaced with new hydronic roof top units in this two-story 35,160 square foot building. Associated ductwork, hydronic piping, pumps, and electrical for the new units and equipment will also be installed. Replacement of existing main electrical distribution panels. Associated roof and general conditions work included as well and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $100.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
