Bids shall be submitted prior to Wednesday, November 5th, 2026 at 11:30 AM and to the attention of
John Brennan at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137.
Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support
Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Bids will be opened and
read aloud following the time indicated for receipt of bids.

The Millard Public Schools will receive sealed Bids for the North High School RTU-4 Replacement project
located at 1010 S 144th St Omaha, NE 68154. Project will be awarded as a single combined contract.
Project consists of demolition and replacement of an existing rooftop unit (RTU-4) and associated
components. The construction contract will include all associated general, electrical, and temperature
control work.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $50.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
