PreBid Info:   A Prebid Conference will be held for this project on October 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at the main entrance to North Middle School . All Bidders are encouraged to attend. No other time is scheduled for inspection of the project area.

Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted prior to 2:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, October 15, 2025 and to the attention of John Brennan at (402-715-1145) and Steve Mainelli (402-715-1221) at Millard Public Schools, Support Services Center, 13906 F Street, Omaha, NE 68137. Bids received after the time indicated will not be accepted. The time clock maintained at MPS Support Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine time for close of bidding. Bids will be opened and read aloud following the time indicated for receipt of bids.

Public Notes:
Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids for the North Middle School - Cafeteria Flooring Replacement located at 2828 South 139th Street , Omaha, Nebraska 68144 . Project will be awarded as a single combined contract. Project consists the installation of new flooring .

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
