SCOPE OF THE PROJECT Demolition and Removal Remove the existing grade-mounted direct expansion (DX) condensing unit. Remove the associated evaporator coil currently installed within the existing air handling unit (AHU). Coil Replacement and System Upgrade Replace the existing evaporator coil inside the AHU with a new direct expansion coil. Ensure the new coil is fully compatible with a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) water-to-refrigerant unit. Piping Modifications Extend and modify the existing geothermal piping system as required to connect to the new VRF equipment.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
