PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Walk-Through will be held at the Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home, 12505 Harrison Tull Dr., Bellevue Ne 68123, September 18, 2025, 10:00 AM (Local Time). Attendance at the pre-bid walk-through is highly recommended for all interested parties. Interested parties shall meet at the front entrance.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor, and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: Eastern Nebraska Veterans Home Project, will be received at the First Nebraska Administration Building, State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 160, Lincoln, Nebraska until October 2, 2025, 2:00 PM (Local Time) Receipt of bids will be publicly acknowledged after expiration of Bid Time. Bids will be privately opened.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
