Sealed Bids for the construction of the Little Papio Creek Levee/Channel Culverts Construction Project (Group B
Culverts) will be received, by Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District (Papio NRD) at the office of the Papio NRD 8901
South 154th Street, Omaha, NE 68138 until 10:00 a.m. local time on September 24, 2025, at which time the Bids received
will be publicly opened and read.

The Project consists of rehabilitating or abandoning twenty-six (26) culverts along the Little
Papio Creek Channel in Douglas County, Nebraska. Culverts will be rehabilitated with a variety of methods including
culvert abandonment, remove and replace, sliplining with HDPE liner, and lining with cured in place pipe (CIPP). Work
also includes excavation, embankment, embankment (borrow), removal and replacement of timber pile outlet
structures, manhole construction, culvert spalling and joint repairs, removal and replacement of pavement and
structural concrete, stream bank stabilization, construction of temporary site access roads, removal and replacement of
timber pile retaining walls, rip rap outlet protection, BMPs, traffic control, fence removal and replacement, and site
restoration.
