Bid Info:   Sealed Bids for the construction of a new flood protection dike for the Hwy 2/I-29 Crossroads Levee District will be received, by the Fremont County Board of Supervisors, at the County Boardroom in Sydney, Iowa until 9:30 am local time on Wednesday, September 03, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read aloud immediately following the public hearing.

Project Location: Fremont County, IA

Public Notes:
Work includes construction of elevated dikes for flood protection for the Crossroads Development, stormwater drainage culverts and appurtenances, and other miscellaneous improvements, as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $110.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
