A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time at Wayne State College, 1111 Main St, Wayne, NE 68787 (Meet in the parking lot at the northwest corner of the Recreation Center and Rice Auditorium buildings, which are just south of the new dome.) Attendance by all interested Contractors and Subcontractors is required. Additional site observations shall be coordinated and scheduled with the Owner.

Sealed proposals will be received for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the Project: Wayne State College - Medium Voltage Source Transfer Switch Replacement Project by Board of Trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges d.b.a Wayne State College. Bids due on or before: September 11, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time at Wayne State College, Campus Services, 704 Lindahl Drive, Wayne, NE 68787. At the above stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the bids received at the Wayne State College, Campus Services Main Conference Room.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $40.00 payable to Engineering Technology, Inc.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
