A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 13, 2025 at Rue Elementary School: 2:00 PM and Thomas Jefferson High School: 3:00 PM Thomas Jefferson High School and Rue Elementary School.
Attendance by all interested Contractors and Subcontractors is advised. Additional site observations shall be coordinated and scheduled with the Owner.

Sealed proposals will be received for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and
services for the Project: Thomas Jefferson High School ERV-2 and Rue Elementary Gymnasium HVAC
Bids due on or before: August 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at: Council Bluffs Community School District Office, 300 W Broadway, Suite #1600, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. At the above stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the bids received at the Council Bluffs Community School District Office.

Thomas Jefferson High School: Replace Energy Recovery Ventilator ERV-2 and provide a
new gas service to feed the new gas-fired, air-source heat pump ERV and is sized to
backfeed the entire school at a future date.
2. Rue Elementary: Remove existing Energy Recovery Unit ERU-2 and rooftop heat pumps
RTHP-1 & -2. They are replaced with two new rooftop heat pumps with integral energy
recovery wheels.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $25.00 payable to Council Bluffs Community School District.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
