Bid Info:   Sealed proposals must be received at the School’s administrative office at 301 W. Pilcher Avenue, Plainview, Nebraska, no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 19, 2025. Proposals may be delivered in person, via United States Mail, or parcel service. Only such proposals as have been received by the School at the address, time and date listed above, will be considered. Following the opening of proposals, the proposals will be evaluated, the construction manager at risk candidates ranked in order of preference, and a contract negotiated and approved according to School policy.

Public Notes:
The proposed project may consist of improvements to the Plainview elementary and high school facilities in Plainview, Nebraska, including a possible mix of partial building demolition, renovations, and new multi-story construction. Additional work outside of the elementary and high school improvements may include additional sidewalks and paved parking lots as well as improvements to the existing track and field, Ag building, and bus barn buildings. A conceptual space program is shown on Attachment 1 below for reference purposes only.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
