Sealed proposals must be received at the School’s administrative office at 25211 South 68th Street,
Firth, Nebraska, no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 14, 2025. Proposals may be delivered in person,
via United States Mail, or parcel service. Only such proposals as have been received by the School
at the address, time and date listed above, will be considered. Following the opening of proposals,
the proposals will be evaluated, the construction manager at risk candidates ranked in order of
preference, and a contract negotiated and approved according to School policy.

The proposed project generally consists of potential school facilities
and campus renovations and improvement projects and, more specifically, may consist of one or
more of the following elements:
Campus Improvements. Select improvements, renovations and upgrades to
transportation, vehicle and pedestrian circulation and parking safety.
Building Improvements. Select improvements, renovations, and possible additions
to the High School, Middle School, Intermediate School, Elementary School, and
Bus Barn.
Building Safety and Security. Select building safety and security upgrades,
potentially including secured entrance additions and other security system
upgrades.
Building Accessibility Upgrades. General building and facility accessibility code
upgrades and improvements.
Building Exterior Upgrades. Select building exterior and envelope maintenance,
repairs and upgrades, potentially including roof replacement and/or repairs.
MEP Upgrades. Select mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, potentially
including HVAC.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $40.00, made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
