Bid Info:   Sealed Bid for the construction of said improvements will be received by the City Clerk at the City Office of Pacific Junction until 7:00 pm local time on Monday, July 07, 2025. Bids will be opened and publicly read by said Clerk, or Clerk’s representative, immediately after the termination of said hearing. Bids will then be considered by the City Council at said time and will be acted upon at such time and place or at such later time and place as may then be fixed.

Project Location: Pacific Junction, IA

Public Notes:
This project involves the demolition and new construction of two separate buildings: the Community Center and City Hall. Both buildings will utilize wood construction and together total approximately 3,000 square feet.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $30.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
